Pit o Cuixa Cookie Policy

What Are Cookies?

A cookie is a file that is downloaded to your computer or device when you access our platform. Cookies allow us to store and retrieve information about a user’s browsing habits or their device. Depending on the information they contain and how the device is used, cookies may be used to recognise the user.

The cookies used by Fernando, or by a third party acting on its behalf, are associated only with an anonymous user and their computer. We do not store sensitive personally identifiable information in the cookies we use.

Purpose

Thanks to cookies, it is possible for the Fernando server, or a third party acting on its behalf, to recognise the browser used by the user’s computer in order to facilitate browsing. They are also used to measure audience size, analyse traffic data, monitor progress and track the number of visits.

Likewise, the Fernando web servers and application can automatically detect the user’s IP address and domain name. All this information is recorded in a server activity log that enables data processing for statistical analysis. This includes the number of page impressions and visits to the web services and the application, among other things. In any case, this log is anonymised to prevent user identification.
